In some people's eyes, those who do not recognize the "New Browns" as an actual current football team, but instead believe that through digital editing, old Browns games are freshened up to appear current, it's Baltimore.

You know it is strange, Cleveland's new stadium is actually built on the ruins of the old one. After the destruction of the old one, they pushed the debri out into lake Erie and then built the new one on top of the ruins. They say the actor who played the original Max Headroom's body was discovered during the demolition clutching the mummified remains of Spuds McKenzie. Neither of them had been seen since 1986 after their horrible and contraversial rendition of the Star Spangled Banner before a Browns/Packers tickle fight that November. Anyway, because it was built in the lake, it is not technically in Cleveland, but in International waters and actually ruled by the Dutch Emirates. That is why you can easily partake of a legal prostitute, hash, or bootlegged DVD's in the restrooms without fear of legal reprisal.
